25m Heated Outdoor Lap Pool

Swim laps, revive your body post work out, join an Aqua Aerobics class or sunbathe around the pool. Our pool is the center piece of the club and is kept exclusive to members so you won’t encounter the things you may have experienced at a public pool. Heated in winter to 26 degrees and surrounded by lush gardens, beautiful old trees and hedges which provide privacy, Hendra Healthworks feels more like a country club than a gym.

Reformer Pilates

Over 40 classes per week led by the best instructors in the industry. Our Reformer Pilates program is second to none. Improve flexibility, core strength, tone your muscles and re-balance your body.

Sauna

Reinvigorate your body with a deep sweat in our steam room or sauna. Rid your body of toxins, enhance your skins radiance, burn calories and leave feeling completely revived.

Creche

Being a mum is the MOST important job in the world, but even Mum’s need some ‘me time’. This is why we offer unlimited creche for $8 per week. You can rest assured your little ones are having fun and being cared for by our exceptional creche ladies, most of who are mum’s themselves.
The Creche is open 6 days a week:

Monday-Friday
8:30am-12:00pm.

Saturday
8:30am-11:30am.

Tennis

Included in your membership is unlimited tennis court access.
Play free with other club members or bring a guest for $12.50 per court, per hour. Choose the hardcourt or from either of the two synthetic grass courts. Complimentary access to tennis racquets and balls is available. Bookings are encouraged but not essential.

Group Exercise

Over 80 unique, enjoyable and motivating group exercise classes every week. Join in and let one of our trained fitness professionals guide you throughout. (have a button leading to group timetable)

Cycle studio

Experience a high energy group class, with lights and music that will invigorate the senses and inspire to you reach a new personal best. Powered by Technogym, every bike is connected to the wide screen leader board where you can track every kilometre and calorie burnt.

Personal Training

Industry trained professionals are available to provide you with personalised programs to make sure you reach your fitness goals. Personal Trainers have the power to change lives for the better, ensuring you perform exercises safely and prevent injury from occurring.

Cardio

Listen to music, watch Netflix, news or sports, check your Facebook, browse YouTube or shop online while you track every calorie burned in our state-of-the-art cardio theatre by Technogym. All treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, rowers and bikes are regularly maintained to ensure they’re in perfect working order anytime you choose to use them.

Weights Area and free weights

Two fully equipped weight rooms and an extensive selection of strength training equipment by Nautilus including pin & plate loaded machines, free weights, cables, lifting platforms, dumbbells and squat racks. Both rooms are efficiently designed and segmented according to body part making it easier to navigate and ensuring your workouts flow.

Zumba

Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing lowintensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Yoga

Yoga is the emphasis is on postural and breathing awareness while strengthening pelvic floor muscles and increasing flexibility of your muscles and joints, promoting inner calm and strength.
